Senior Product Manager - Payments

Details of the offer

Xero is a beautiful, easy-to-use platform that helps small businesses and their accounting and bookkeeping advisors grow and thrive.
At Xero, our purpose is to make life better for people in small business, their advisors, and communities around the world. This purpose sits at the centre of everything we do. We support our people to do the best work of their lives so that they can help small businesses succeed through better tools, information and connections. Because when they succeed they make a difference, and when millions of small businesses are making a difference, the world is a more beautiful place.
Who's the team? Be part of Xero's ambitious payments strategy to transform the way our customers get paid. Leading one or more of the portfolio's growth teams, you'll be responsible for moving the most critical metrics related to payments revenue.
Zinger is a fully remote and dynamic team driving payments revenue through an exceptional onboarding experience. We're a multi-talented team, delivering value with customer-facing experiments, data-driven decisions, and a creative edge that fuels Xero's revenue growth. Committed to in-person quarterly catch-ups, we foster collaboration, fun, and uphold high engineering standards, whilst continuing to deliver at pace.
What's the role? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of onboarding and growth into our payments journeys. This is an essential part of Xero's ambitious growth strategy as a payments provider servicing businesses globally.
This role will champion our payments onboarding process and be a key player in achieving our growth targets! The goal here is to get more Xero customers using our payments services. How we get there is up to you!
You'll be the master of metrics, diving deep into performance data to drive smart decisions and exciting experiments. Collaborating with many others at Xero to create a customer journey that's smooth sailing; building strong relationships to ensure everyone's onboard for success.
What you'll bring with you: Previous experience in a similar Product Manager role, ideally with strong exposure creating MVPs, running multi-variant experiments, and measuring impact. Deep understanding of customer problems and a passion for delivering solutions. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration, including the ability to communicate and influence with Xero's core values at heart. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and scientific manner; ideally with demonstrable skills across experimentation and A/B testing from a product management perspective. Experience with product analytics tools and using data to inform decisions. Whilst not required, any exposure to the Payments domain would be a great addition. Why Xero? Offering very generous paid leave to use however you'd like (plus statutory holidays!), dedicated paid leave to care for your physical and mental wellbeing as well as an Employee Assistance Program to access mental health care for you and your family, health insurance, life insurance, and income protection, wellbeing and sports programmes, employee resource groups, 26 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, an Employee Share Plan, beautiful offices, flexible working, career development, and many other benefits that reflect our human value, you'll do the best work of your life at Xero.
