This is an exciting time to be at a fast-expanding company in a fast-accelerating industry.Position Summary:The Application Engineer or Senior Product Manager is at the core of the Product Management team's work in presenting and promoting the company's products and solutions.- communicate with and educate customers to build their confidence with products and solutions.- compile customer and market feedback to drive product improvement.- identify and define requirements for product road map.- manage local market requirements and incentives.- Compare competitors' products and solutions.Responsibilities Responsibilities:- Work closely with company R&D, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to contribute on the product design, solution presentations, and competition analysis. Excellent opportunity to have direct impact on the product and business plan.- Develop and improve product documentation.- Conduct market analysis and research on established and emerging technologies ranging from circuit design, incentive policy, V2H, and electrical code.- Create eye catching and incisive slide decks.- Work with product link technical team to understand product issues and manage customer perception about product and solutions.- Attend industry shows, events and support company on-site arrangements.- In compliance with the FranklinWH Code of Business Conduct.- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications And Experience Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree minimum in Electrical Engineering or related area with 10+ years of relevant experience.- Long history of demonstrated interest in Solar or Electrical industries. Preference for demonstrated interest in Behind the Meter and DER assets.- Strong Analog Circuit experience and experience with AC/DC conversion circuits.- Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to teamwork.- Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to do work with minimal supervision.- Ability to travel up to 25%, some nights and weekends may be required.- Fluent in Chinese and English is a mustFranklinWH offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and a performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
