About the role How you can help make a better world of work Culture Amp is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to work within our Platform group. This is a high-impact role that will be focused on both the technical foundations needed to help our product teams deliver faster and the user experiences within Platform's remit, such as employee data, account administration, permissions, and login. What you'll be responsible for Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth. Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines to support the organization's goals. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication, and listening to achieve goals. Compares and ranks the relative importance and/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions.
