As the product subject matter expert (SME) for the business, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of product enhancements, analyses and reports on the product health to the executive leadership team.
This role is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities for the role include: Act as the primary product interface for products under management, playing a central and important role in the overall product management, and pre and post-sales support;Managing organisational, project, client and market priorities, supporting the Product Owner in ensuring the product backlog is prioritised to maximise the overall benefit for Indue in the short and long terms;As the subject matter expert for the product, provide tactical input into the go-to-market plans for new and existing product sales plans, and resolve and respond to product questions from sales, channel partners and end-user clients;Throughout the entire product lifecycle maintain a detailed, expert understanding of the product and the market that it participates in, optimising feature prioritisation and feature implementation relative to customer and market needs;Provide input into the product strategy and the product roadmap for assigned products and be able to effectively communicate it internally and externally.About You You will have all or majority of the following skills and attributes:
10+ years direct product management experience in a payments context, with an in-depth level of functional knowledge commensurate with this.Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent position, with a strong focus on card technology.Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Finance/Banking, Commerce, Marketing, Product Management or other relevant technical discipline.Ability to effectively understand, analyse and design product development initiatives that are driven by a defined product vision, product strategy and roadmap that effectively balances business, technical, client and commercial priorities.Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and work with a broad range of stakeholders to influence cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.Demonstrated understanding and experience in managing Scheme Compliance.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business, particularly end-users and technical subject matter experts.Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and work with a broad range of stakeholders to influence cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes, without formal authority.Demonstrated experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery methodology.Sounds like you?
