You'll drive the reshaping of our desktop and mobile web experience, ensuring seamless integration with our broader product offering. Working closely with design, engineering, and other experience squads, you'll work together to create a cohesive and compelling experience for users.This is an opportunity for someone who can balance vision with execution. You'll lead strategic improvements in user experience, performance, and architecture, ensuring flexibility and scalability, while keeping future personalisation opportunities in mind. The experience will be designed to evolve with user needs, with a focus on efficiency in content delivery and publishing. As a strong communicator and storyteller, you'll ensure alignment across teams and bring the product strategy to life, all while keeping a sharp focus on delivery and results.THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT ROLEYour FocusVision & strategy: Lead the vision and strategy for our mobile and desktop web products, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and clearly articulating the problems to solve.Strategic roadmap & iterative delivery: Develop a long-term roadmap with a clear vision, delivering incremental improvements that consistently add value.Stakeholder engagement & alignment: Provide clarity and direction across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, building trust through strong communication and storytelling. Keep stakeholders informed and aligned.User-centric focus: Prioritise user experience by leveraging customer feedback and research to guide design and functionality decisions, while exploring opportunities to leverage personalisation, AI, or emerging technologies to enhance the experience.Experience & design: Partner with design leadership to elevate UX, optimise the design system, and create an intuitive, accessible, and future-proof site.Architecture & performance: Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance Front End architecture, optimise site performance, and improve SEO for a seamless user experience.Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful web experiences, fostering shared ownership and accountability.Risk management & prioritisation: Identify risks early, working with teams to prioritise features and improvements that deliver the most value while mitigating challenges.Measure success: Define and track key metrics for user engagement, acquisition, and satisfaction. Use insights to iterate and improve product performance.About YouCustomer-obsessed & data-driven: You deeply understand user needs, especially in shopping journeys, and balance them with business objectives.
