About the Role Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for total product portfolio management. You will be responsible for owning, reviewing, and developing NPD gate processes, managing P&L's and utilising your complex product knowledge to re-evaluate consumer needs. This is a highly strategic role that requires someone with experience managing a complex product portfolio (Ideally 100 SKU's +), as well as someone who has exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.
In this role, you will assess product quality, features, benefits, and pricing strategies to ensure strong profitability and margins. You will be responsible for adding and removing product lines, identifying gaps of opportunity and ultimately, developing a strategic plan to increase market share.
Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have:
