About the Role: They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their fast-paced Ventures and Innovation team.
this role will be fast aced and ever changing, and be involved in the following; Conduct market research to identify opportunities in the health ecosystem Lead discovery and validation of new product concepts through customer interviews, prototyping, and piloting Develop product roadmaps that align with company strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life, from MVP through to full launch Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback Ensure seamless integration and delivery across teams Take full ownership of the product development process, from idea generation to launch About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will have: 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, fintech, or insurance Expertise in market research, product validation, and business case development Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement Experience working in agile environments A passion for innovation and user-centered design  reach out to ****** today to find out more
