Permanent fulltime Location: Sydney How will I help? As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop and implement strategies for new products, integrating pricing, positioning, and promotional activities for the Mortgages acquisition squad.
You will leverage customer insights to enhance the customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel. By monitoring key performance metrics, you will make data-driven recommendations to achieve business objectives.
Additionally, you will ensure regulatory compliance and proactively manage risks in collaboration with risk and compliance teams.
Key responsibilities Develop and Execute Strategies: Lead cross-functional squads to deliver value to customers, support strategies and drive success metrics. Customer Focus: Understand customer needs to guide journeys and develop targeted campaigns. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and manage stakeholder relationships to support shared understanding and drive success. Enhancing the customer experience: Collaborate with digital, marketing, pricing, and product teams to enhance customer experience and achieve metrics. Risk Management: Stay informed on regulations and proactively manage emerging risks. Reporting & Data driven decision making: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as sales and customer acquisition and conversion to make data-driven recommendations for optimization. What do I need? Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to use data to create meaningful insights and support decision-making. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to deliver outcomes in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive self-starter who is outcome-focused and can work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and project management fundamentals. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the consumer credit market, products, and regulatory frameworks. Innovative problem-solving skills, making complex issues simple and compelling. What's it like to work there?
