Stake is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us at our Bondi Junction HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH).

About this role As Senior Product Manager - Stake Super, you'll be at the forefront of driving a revolutionary experience in the SMSF space.
You'll own product experiences that blend technology, seamless customer facing design, regulatory considerations and operational processes.
Ensuring we are delivering a game changing SMSF experience to Australian customers.  You will consider the needs of the customer and the business as paramount and work with all teams across Stake to develop the Stake Super product to meet these needs.
You place high priority on customer first frictionless UX, scalable operational processes, strong systems design and disciplined execution against company KPIs.  Stake Super is fast paced and growing quickly, we are super ambitious about what we can achieve and the disruption a great customer experience can bring to the industry.

You will be required to Work closely with the Commercial Manager of Stake Super and the Head of Product to develop, construct and drive the roadmap of the Stake Super product.
Develop a deep understanding of the Stake Super customer; and the SMSF/Super space in Australia.
Lead and shape the roadmap for Stake Super, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver game-changing outcomes.
Create a frictionless, data-driven user experience (UX) with scalable operations, supporting Stake Super's growth, revenue, and cost targets.
Embrace a dynamic and fast-paced environment, championing innovation and striving for ambitious results.
What you'll need A love for problem solving and an entrepreneurial passion.
Extensive experience in building intuitive navigation and UX for large feature sets on both mobile and desktop platforms.
Strong empathy for customers and an unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design.
Track record of building successful products (ideally financial) using data, customer feedback, common sense and a risk based approach.  5+ years in tech as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, ideally with superannuation, financial services, or high-growth start-up experience.
