CreditorWatch have achieved Top 10 AFR Best Places to Work 2022 and 2023 and certified Great Place to Work 2022 and 2023 Job Description Your Role & Team: The Decide team are responsible for the core portfolio of data and analytics products of CreditorWatch , including its commercial credit bureau solution.    The product portfolio (a mix of data and software solutions) provides a diverse range of customers from Small Business owners to large Credit Analytics teams with actionable insights that help them decide on the risks of providing trade credit to a new or existing company . What you will do: A hands-on role, working closely with the Decide Portfolio Product Lead to help define and drive the delivery of the data product strategy and product roadmap that ultimately meet user acquisition and engagement targets.  Own internal and external data in the business, ensuring we acquire , maintain, and use the data in the right way across the business and in our products . Strong commercial & strategic focus, managing data supplier relationships, contracts & negotiations, as well as reporting & analysis across performance, revenue , and marg in to help drive the data strategy and roadmap.     What you will bring: Experience managing data products from ideation, to launch, crafting propositions and monitoring their success in the market day to day.  Significant commercial experience working on pricing, strategy, and/or commercial models as well as supplier contract negotiation and revenue/cost analysis. Strong stakeholder & relationship management to focus team members across engineering, marketing, and sales as well as external suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.  Results driven: you have a firm focus on user value with a pragmatic attitude to incorporating commercial goals as part of each product release.  Exceptional commercial and analytical abilities, excellent communication skills and strong strategic product vision.  Proven experience in taking data, insights, ideas and turning them into executable initiatives.  Exceptional analytical and attention to detail with sound commercial acumen.  Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with strong stakeholder impact and influence skills.  Ability to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and a can-do attitude.  Experience in technical delivery - working with the Product Owner to prioritise and maintain the existing backlog/BAU initiatives.   Keep Active – All employees get aFitness First Platinum gym membership.
