About The Role You'll play a pivotal role in managing multiple high-value products across Luxury Escapes. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.
What You'll Do Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.Your background Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business.Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
