Reporting into the General Manager, Digital & Technology, the Senior Product Manager is a newly created role, and a key part of this initiative, tasked with defining and bringing to life the strategy and roadmap of BIG4's online presence and digital transformation.
Job Description Reporting into the General Manager, Digital & Technology, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for: Leading BIG4's Product team, managing a diverse group of specialists across CRO, UX, and Business Analysis, while fostering strong stakeholder management with Marketing, the Park Success team, and BIG4's Leadership Team.
Crafting and evolving BIG4's Product Vision and Roadmap, strategically prioritising and aligning the development of innovative products and features to drive business value, enhance park experiences, and meet the needs of our customers.
Championing Product ideation and engagement, nurturing a culture of innovation where new ideas are generated, evaluated and prioritised based on their business impact.
Collaborating effectively with the Head of Engineering and a broad range of stakeholders to execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment and clear communication across teams.
Overseeing project management and delivery, ensuring that products and releases are launched accurately and to schedule, with a keen ability to articulate the rationale behind prioritisation decisions to the broader business.
The Successful Applicant As the successful applicant, you will ideally possess: A minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager role, with a track record of leading or supervising dynamic Product teams.
Proficiency in Agile frameworks and the ability to create roadmaps, run sprints, manage backlogs, and prioritise tasks.
Experience in product lifecycle management, from inception to launch and beyond.
Strong understanding of UX design principles, processes, and tools, contributing to user-centric product development.
Experience in leading CRO initiatives and applying testing methodologies to enhance product performance.
Skilled in the use of relevant product development tools, including JIRA & Confluence.
Familiarity with tools and technologies used by engineering teams to build and deploy product.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead a product team towards achieving collective goals.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Experience in working with external vendors and fostering productive vendor relationships.
Knowledge of the booking and accommodation services industry is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
