Senior Product Manager: Business Insights – 51625 Sydney Full-time permanent Hybrid working model How will I help?
You will join the Cash and Transactional Banking line of business?that is accountable for supporting and nurturing customers throughout their lifecycle.
You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing money insights for our business customers, creating user stories, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful insights delivery.
Your ability to understand customer needs and market trends will be critical in driving innovation and success.
You will also be responsible for managing the insights backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of digital money insights for business customers Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize insights and requirements Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and insight backlogs Establish strong relationships with our internal and external partners to ensure our propositions are market leading and customer focused Communicate vision and progress to stakeholders and team members Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Ensure timely delivery of releases and updates Drive engagement, loyalty and advocacy Ensure the Group meets its regulatory and compliance requirements Manage and prioritize defects and issues Ensure simplicity within our programs and processes as well as implementing improvements and strategies to improve the customer experience Challenge the status?quo through analysis?and insights to?drive?outstanding?outcomes?for our?customers?and driving quality.

What do I need?
Tertiary qualifications or experience in digital, business, marketing, finance, commerce, or related discipline Proven experience within Digital, Technology or Marketing, with relevant product knowledge.
Analytical mindset and customer centricity to design and build insights with both the business and customer in mind Proven ability to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders/partners Proven skills in organising, project or campaign management, effective problem solving and decision making Strong written & verbal communication skills Experience of working in an agile environment What is it like to work there?
