Our Division has an unrivalled portfolio of 23 aspirational brands (Yves Saint Laurent, Kiehl's, Lancôme, Prada, and Urban Decay to name a few) and an incredibly talented team of experts, making it perfectly equipped to meet the endless and all-encompassing demands of luxury consumers around the world.We are looking to recruit a Senior Product Manager to join the Luxe Division and own the strategic marketing plan for the relevant brand.ABOUT THE JOBMarketing strategy development, implementation, and management of the Product Portfolio.Manage/oversee APM to develop local marketing strategy across the portfolio.Own the brand guidelines to maintain brand identity, ensuring that all actions align with the sense of purpose while nurturing the brand.Manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, sharing findings with Senior Management to ensure consistency in new product development.Collaborate with the wider brand team to drive brand growth through a solid, engaging consumer media, PR, digital strategy, and Trade activations.Support the brand education team to ensure a proper understanding, recommendation, and usage of the products to drive sales.Connect and align with Brand Zone team in building local go-to-market strategy.Gain a clear understanding of the market and customers by conducting analyses and reports that enable swift reactions to changing trends, using insights to influence the organization and drive growth.Grasp the context and trends of the hair market, understanding where, when, and with whom to engage.ABOUT YOUYou will be highly motivated with a can-do attitude and possess the ability to negotiate commercially.Previous experience in a similar brand/product management role within the Skincare/Beauty or FMCG/Retail industry, with an understanding of a luxury retail brand, will be highly valuable.You must have demonstrated success in managing A+P budgets with ROI delivery and achieving sales outcomes from initiated campaigns.Prior experience in forecasting and dealing with media agencies.You will be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.ABOUT THE PERKS:Profit share, Life Insurance and Income ProtectionHybrid work environment.
