What you'll do We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for enhancing measurement, insights, and audience targeting capabilities across our key client platforms and offerings.
Our brands rely on our performance insights to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed decisions for future investment.
In this role, you will shape the roadmap for key product enhancements and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver impactful solutions that align with our broader business objectives.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure Cartology continues to deliver innovative, industry-leading capabilities that enhance its position in the retail media space.
Key accountabilities include: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that enhance measurement, insights, and audience targeting based on customer needs, market analysis, and industry trends.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science and Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that drive business growth.
Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gather insights and feedback, integrating this into the product development process, ensuring roadmap alignment and collaborative delivery across teams.
Lead the vision for future product capabilities, considering scientific soundness, business practicality, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, privacy regulations, and security requirements in product development and delivery.
Clearly communicate product strategies, benefits, and outcomes to diverse audiences, including internal teams, clients, and executive leadership.
What you'll bring To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: 8+ years of experience in a product management capacity, including 5+ years of domain experience in measurement science, media analytics, advertising insights or a similar field.
Expertise in experimental design, advanced measurement methodologies and media mix modelling.
Proven track record of managing and evolving a product portfolio or driving product vision and strategy.
A healthy blend of technical depth and deep domain expertise with a customer-focused mindset, inspired by curiosity and innovation.
Ability to manage and execute within a complex and matrixed organization, assess optimal execution pathways.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and group communication skills.
Exposure to Retail, eCommerce, ad tech or mar tech are highly desirable.
