Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap Define and own the product vision and roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs and customer pain points. Prioritize features and innovations based on impact and trends. Ensure compliance with regulations and market competitiveness. Product Development Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Work closely with engineering to define product requirements and user stories. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine features. Oversee go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales. Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably within fintech or related industries. Proven success in managing product launches and user-centric solutions. Experience with B2B, B2C, or platform products in financial technology. Skills: Strong understanding of fintech infrastructure and regulations. Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Proficient in agile development processes and product management tools. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Strategic thinker with operational management capabilities.
