Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the product leader responsible for our B2B conveyancing platform. Our operations team and partner law firms/conveyancers use this platform every day to deliver successful on-time property settlements for our customers.
You will work closely together with an engineering manager, a product designer, and a full-stack product engineering team with ~8 engineers.
Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a thoughtful product roadmap by working closely with the Head of Product and cross-functionally with other business functions.Take end-to-end responsibility for key projects and initiatives that will deliver on our annual goals for growth, profitability, and customer experience.Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and risk to plan delivery activities across your scrum team; delivering our roadmap effectively, safely, and on time.Utilise your strong product management expertise to set up a clear operating rhythm to drive continuous optimisation of the conveyancing process.Lead the diagnosis and prioritisation of incidents and day-to-day queries related to the conveyancing platform, ensuring we effectively manage operational efficiency and risk.Coordinate with our law firm partners and internal operations teams to ensure new features and process improvements are successfully adopted and deliver results.Actively monitor the latest conveyancing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to accelerate our growth and achieve our objectives.Experience You have 5-10 years of proven experience in Product Management, with a track record of delivering and managing successful digital products or services.You have experience in digital-first businesses, especially where automation and optimisation of processes are core pillars in planning and delivery.You can autonomously lead your team and manage multiple projects at the same time, whilst also actively seeking support and direction when you identify a major issue or risk.You are customer-obsessed and take the lead to identify and articulate trade-off decisions that best optimise for customer value.You will be curious and open to learning new things, and taking accountability for finding solutions to challenging, ambiguous problems.You will be confident to contribute your views, effectively communicating with and influencing a range of stakeholders.Research shows that people from underrepresented backgrounds sometimes hesitate to apply for roles if they don't meet every requirement.
