How will I help?
You will join the Cash and Transactional Banking Line of Business?that is accountable for delivery and product management of our new Healthcare payment solution. You will contribute to our strategic roadmap ensuring our product offering is best in class, helping our Healthcare customers grow.
Being?a part?of this team, you will challenge the status?quo through analysis?and a customer centric approach to?drive?outstanding?outcomes?for our?customers.
You will work with our digital, IT and?project teams to deliver our new Healthcare payment capability to make it easier for our customers to?bank with us across the Westpac?brands?ensuring the?alignment to the broader line of business objectives.
You will also be responsible for:
Own and drive key aspects of the product portfolio for Healthcare payments.
Build partnerships with multiple stakeholders to deliver on key growth and market share.
Be a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of Healthcare payment products, markets and competitors to achieve agreed portfolio outcomes
Work in partnership with colleagues to define and agree the "why" and the "what" of how we successfully deliver our healthcare product value propositions to the market.
Ensure the value proposition is designed to deliver tangible benefits to both our customers and the Westpac Group.

What do I need?
Knowledge
You must have a passion for creating amazing banking experiences for our customers and recognise the value of a customer's acquiring relationship with us.
You'll have a deep understanding of the banking landscape and technology in Healthcare payments.
You will utilise your analytical mindset and customer centricity to design and build solutions with a strong efficiency and service quality.
Building strong relationships comes second nature to you, your excellent communication skills mean you thrive working in parallel with cross functional teams.
Experience
You will have proven experience in Healthcare payments, driving change and innovation.
You will have experience in end-to-end product management from inception, delivery, and maintenance.
Essential
5+ years experience in Financial Services or Product Management within the healthcare industry
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, accounting, commerce or related discipline
Experience in healthcare payments product management or agile product owner related roles
Extensive skills in effective problem solving and decision making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Influencing and relationship building skills
