The Bankwest Everyday Products Team creates simple, everyday solutions to build better financial literacy that helps to retain existing and build new customer relationships.
We do this by providing customers and colleagues with an easy to understand product suite specific to their needs, while delivering tools and insights to help customers manage their money in the best way for them.
Do work that matters: This role involves management of deposit products; including the development of strategy, product design and portfolio pricing.
Key to this role will be the ability to develop the required technical skills and collaborate with the product team to drive business decisions.

On any given day you will: Be responsible for developing and communicating a clear and compelling product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall goals and market trends, and effectively communicating this vision to stakeholders at all levels.
oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex product development processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and managing risks and resources effectively.
Analyze product performance data, gather customer feedback, and use this information to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product to enhance its value and competitiveness, ensuring continuous product improvement and driving innovation.
work closely with various stakeholders such as risk, change management, compliance, and operational teams to ensure effective delivery of change, while managing risks and aligning with regulatory requirements, and mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
We're interested in hearing from people who possess a combination of the below: A minimum of 3 years experience in financial services, in a product management or analytics role Qualifications in computer sciences or a business related field (e.g.
data science, finance, mathematics, statistics, business) Highly analytical driving insights through data analysis to support the strategy Proficient to expert analytical skills using SAS.
