Key to success will be developing a deep understanding of the market opportunity and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure product and services meet a need, deliver value and align to organisational objectives.Working closely with the executive and senior leadership team, you will:Define a product vision, strategy and roadmap that understands market drivers, identifies customer needs and defines data solutions that are competitive and drive commercial return aligned to business growth objectives.Inspire, mentor and engage teams of product managers on vision and foster a culture of growth, continuous improvement and performance beyond expectations.Manage the product roadmap and development lifecycle from inception to sunset. Working with diverse internal and external teams to design, validate, develop, implement and iterate solutions on time and within budget.Collaborate with research, data science, UX/UI, technology, legal, industry bodies, marketing and sales to create user-centric products that drive tangible value and shine in the market.Manage portfolio commercial performance, including revenue, cost, margin and volume optimisation to ensure return on investment.Craft robust and compelling business cases that are supported by data analysis, market research competitor analysis and commercial acumen.Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans that leverage customer analytics, showcase compelling propositions and drive ultimately growth.To Be SuccessfulThis is a unique greenfield opportunity that requires a strategic thinker who can navigate a complex, multi-year transformation and drive innovation and change in ambiguous environments.
