With a focus on leveraging technology and data, they are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
This role is responsible for leveraging their data to develop personalised omni-channel experiences that have respect for customer privacy at its core.
Responsibilities The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and optimization of their Customer Data Platform.
This role will support the unification of customer data, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, data science, and operations, ensuring the delivery of CDP initiatives aligned with the client's business objectives.
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CDP to support personalized customer experiences and business objectives.
Lead the implementation process, including vendor selection, system integration, and configuration.
Collaborate with marketing, technology, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into actionable CDP functionality.
Ensure the platform consolidates data effectively from multiple sources while maintaining high standards for data quality, governance, and privacy.
Provide actionable insights through the platform, driving improved customer engagement, retention strategies, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Set success metrics to evaluate the CDP's impact on business outcomes and refine strategies as required.
Act as a central coordinator across cross-functional teams involved in the CDP project.
Partner with external vendors to ensure project goals are aligned and delivered on time.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong experience in a Product Manager role in the Customer Data CDP, privacy, and data governance space.
Experience working technical CDP platforms preferably Adobe products would be advantageous Experience with Data consent and understanding different data practices in different regions and multi-brands.
Experience working with and in agile teams.
Understanding and experience in developing product roadmaps that are informed by customer insights and analytics.
Well-versed with product life cycle, SDLC, MVP, and iterative development.
Passion for improving efficiencies, processes, and delivering delightful customer experiences.
Excellent customer research, market analysis, and analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to tell a concise story leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Highly analytical, ability to capture and use data and insights to drive decision-making.
