Senior Product Manager - Credit Cards and Personal LoanHays Melbourne, AustraliaPosted 27 days ago Permanent CompetitiveThe primary purpose of this role is to review operational delivery of Product Management to ensure the function is capable of delivering on agreed objectives in line with the overall global operational plan for credit cards and personal loan (CCPL).Role responsibilities:Build, lead and develop a high performing team culture to deliver KPI's and revenue targets for the CCPL business.Understand the performance of current products, manage product P&L performance to collaborate with key stakeholders on developing initiatives to improve overall profitability.Monitor market trends for the development of new products, features and benefits (considering the competitive context, strategic capabilities, customer desirability and the ability to execute strongly, driving long-term, sustainable growth).Key responsibility for developing both short and long-term product plans, value propositions including customer journeys, pricing models, partner agreements and product roadmaps.Identify, evaluate and prioritise business cases for new business and product opportunities, and build business models to deliver sustainable business growth.Contribute to the formulation of campaign and product targets and how these will be tracked.Conduct research and analysis to help drive strategic decision-making.Lead analyst in major platform upgrades for customer retention initiatives & business improvement strategies.Monitor portfolio dynamics in terms of performance relative to plan, forecast and competitors (sales, volumes, market share, profitability).Provide performance analysis and reporting on portfolio activity.What you'll need to succeed:5+ years in a product and portfolio management role, preferably with a strong focus on credit card products.Strong business acumen, critical thinking and thought leadership that delivers solution-oriented results to consumers.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of using market research and customer insights to drive product enhancements.Strong relationship building skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams to embed quality outcomes.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV at ******.
