We manage, develop, and implement new products, features, and services to enable CommSec's purpose to empower more Australians to grow their wealth.Do Work That MattersAs a Senior Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Chapter and work with the P&IS Crew's Settlements and Post Trade Squad. You will partner with the Product Owner to lead strategic initiatives, deliver on our roadmap, address issues and incidents, build a culture of continuous improvement, and enable continued compliance with regulatory obligations. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver safe and secure settlement services to customers.Responsibilities:Planning and managing changes across settlements and post-trade services to deliver on customer and business outcomes.Reviewing pain-points across the settlements and post-trade lifecycle to identify and deliver improvement opportunities.Keeping abreast of industry and regulatory trends to inform the product roadmap and enable continued compliance with regulatory obligations.Proactively monitoring the risk and control environment, including identification and resolution of issues and incidents.Acting as the Product SME on key initiatives.Coaching of the Product Managers in the squad to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.Building and fostering strong relationships across the value chain to ensure efficient delivery of strategic initiatives and resolution of issues.Help us deliver a better future for CommSecDemonstrated experience (5+ years) in the stockbroking, payments, or similar industries with proven experience in product management, business analysis, risk management, or project delivery capacity.Deep understanding of stockbroking, settlements, CHESS, or payments processes is desirable.A passion for customer-centric design.Strategic thinking with demonstrated success in delivering initiatives.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in writing high-quality papers for relevant governance forums and communicating with senior stakeholders.Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
