The Opportunity
This new role will lead the transformation of payment and billing systems, transitioning out-of-date legacy systems to cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
Key to success will be collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure platforms and systems drive growth and deliver value to customers and employees alike.
Working closely with the Product Director, executive and senior leadership team, you will:
Define a product vision, strategy and roadmap that understands market drivers, identifies customer needs and defines data solutions that are competitive and drive commercial return aligned to business growth objectives. Inspire, mentor and engage teams of product managers on vision and foster a culture of growth, continuous improvement and performance beyond expectations. Manage the product roadmap and development lifecycle from inception to sunset. Working with diverse internal and external teams to design, validate, develop, implement and iterate solutions on time and within budget. Collaborate with research, data science, UX/UI, technology, legal, industry bodies, marketing and sales to create user-centric products that drive tangible value and shine in the market. Manage portfolio commercial performance , including revenue, cost, margin and volume optimisation to ensure return on investment. Craft robust and compelling business cases that are supported by data analysis, market research competitor analysis and commercial acumen. Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans that leverage customer analytics, showcase compelling propositions and ultimately drive growth. To Be Successful

A track record of product innovation and business transformation gained within enterprise organisations. Showcasing the ability to develop and implement next-generation product and service strategies that drive growth and support transition from legacy environments, culture and ways of working. Billing and payment product development and management expertise gained in enterprise environments that require transition from legacy systems. Product development and management experience that guarantees delivery aligned to vision and roadmap, life-cycle continuous improvement, product iteration, innovation and tangible revenue and market share growth. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data, UX/UI designers, technology, and go-to-market teams to create digital experiences that delight and engage the customer. Commercial management experience , including P/L accountability, competitor analysis, business cases, project budget management, revenue optimisation and performance reporting. The Benefits
