This opportunity The Senior Product Development and Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, prioritisation, and delivery of the overall Fixed Product roadmap initiatives. The role will manage a team of product and communications manager's working with key stakeholders across Product, IT, Customer Operations, Transformation Office, Digital Operations, Legal, Regulatory and Go To Market, to deliver Fixed Product initiatives within required timeframes, driven by business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the Fixed Product Delivery team, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.Prioritise tasks and resources, balancing short-term and long-term project goals. Emphasising detailed planning and execution across the various project phases.Lead the Delivery team to ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines and budgets always maintaining a deep understanding of project risks and mitigation strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.Continuously review Fixed Product delivery process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.Knowledge and experience The role requires exceptional planning and prioritisation skills, and technical, business, commercial and operational understanding.Excellent communication, and stakeholder and people management skills and the ability to navigate and influence at all levels and resolve escalations for Fixed initiatives managed by the team.Experience in product delivery, operations, or planning/project management in a people leadership capacity.Proven experience in managing a team with a pipeline of project deliverables including stakeholder and escalation management.Exceptional planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder impact and influencing skills with knowledge of commercial and business drivers.Strong presentation skills.Ability to deal with rapid change at pace with resilience and a can-do attitude.Excellent interpersonal, coaching and team building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of the Fixed broadband regulatory framework, within a telco environment is a plus.Benefits and perks Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)'Stay Connected Mobile' – Access to a free mobile plan'Stay Connected NBN' – Access to a free NBN 100 plan'Your Leave' - an additional 4 days of leave to be used whenever you like - every yearAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsBolder and better together!
