ABOUT THE ROLE We have an amazing opportunity for a proactive and solutions-focused individual to join our Cotton On Womenswear team as a Senior Product Developer for our Denim category on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You will enable our vision by leading and mentoring your Product team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operating rhythm of the category and will be the pivotal link between our Buying and Product teams to ensure that we are delivering quality products that our customers know and love.
You will partner with our buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, manage product schedules, contribute to fittings, and review samples to ensure our products meet standards and frameworks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in relevant field Production i.e.
Fashion, TextilesDemonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a teamProven ability with technical specifications and fittingsKnowledge in Activewear fabrication is highly regardedExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidenceStrong organisation, planning and time management skillsAbility to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brandProficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative, and, most importantly, ethical.
