As a Senior Designer at Go1, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting beautiful, functional, and engaging learning experiences. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about working on diverse projects.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
You'll lead the design process for one of Go1's products, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a delightful user experience for our three target personas: Managers, Learners, and Creators. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to create and iterate on designs from concept to delivery. Contribute to and evolve our Design System, which we're currently rebuilding from scratch! Collaborate with the branding and marketing teams to ensure all external-facing assets align with Go1's visual identity. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback whilst fostering an environment of continuous learning. What will make us excited about you:
5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and business outcomes (applications without an attached portfolio will not be considered). Experience with web-based design systems (Storybook, React). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively across teams. Passionate about learning, innovation, and keeping up with the latest design trends. Employee Benefits:
