Your future team The Jira Design team is responsible for transforming Jira into a modern work management solution for every team.
Jira is the foundation for Atlassian's holistic view of modern, collaborative work.
What you'll do Deliver top-notch experiences as a Senior Product Designer by working with the Jira design team, connecting work to a cohesive vision.Make a substantial impact at scale with over 10M users worldwide, being involved in everything from product strategy to UI implementation.Have ownership and autonomy across the entire design process, defining the end-to-end product experience.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary product team, including Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Researchers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts.Champion user-centered design and contribute to becoming a world-class design organization.Your background 5+ years of professional product design experience, including visual, UX, and conceptual design.Experience designing complex or enterprise-level software.The ability to set and drive a user-centered design process.Facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience conducting and applying customer research, including design thinking and prototyping.A collaborative approach to building capabilities in partnership with customers.The ability to define projects and measures of success, test assumptions, and incorporate feedback.A desire to mentor junior designers through constructive feedback and design reviews.Atlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you and your family, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, wellness resources, and more.
