Proactively identify pain points and rough edges within DISCO's UX, and work with your colleagues across product and design to plan and execute on a steady stream of improvements
Provide feedback and critique to your peers in product and design, improving the quality of our work and contributing to how our processes evolve over time
Help support our agile ways of working by actively contributing to standups, retros and team planning
