The Purpose:
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ambitious goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, industry, and external stakeholders, to define product requirements. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in developing innovative payment solutions and improving user experiences.

You will be responsible for:
Identify Product Opportunities: Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify potential product opportunities. Prioritise product requirements based on customer needs and business objectives, focusing on key bulk payment use cases. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and manage stakeholder expectations Provide recommendations for enhancements and solutions Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data for different use cases such as Super, Government, Payroll and others Risk and Compliance Identify risks and associated impacts/controls requirements supporting the products Assist Risk and Compliance stakeholder in maintaining risks systems and processes for the products up to date Documentation Develop collateral supporting BECS and other NPP products to educate key industry segments. Create supporting documentation for NPP Product changes such as Implementation Guides and Best Practice Guidelines. Team Supporting product managers and lead product analyst Offer guidance and assistance to junior analysts as needed. Contributing to an environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered Support Product Strategy: Supporting product managers and stakeholders to define the product strategy for BECS (Bulk Electronic Clearing System) migration. Support strategy definition for future initiatives, including operational readiness, testing, certification, onboarding requirements, and exception handling. In order for you to be successful in the role, you'll have: Bachelor degree or similar (preferred) Proven experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in the payments, payroll, superannuation or government Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with product management methodologies and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks What's Next:
