We're looking for a passionate, creative, driven and experienced Senior Producer to manage projects with purpose.

The opportunity We're interested in meeting talented Senior Producers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on people, society and the environment.
We're seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional work.
In this role you will lead initiatives within a multi-year service transformation program, supporting and working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes.
You will be a masterly coordinator and experienced with agile methods.
Your days will be spent Leading the delivery of large digital and strategic projects Being a point of contact for our wonderful clients across projects Managing project teams, sprints and outcomes Coordinating day-to-day project activities across projects Being part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver a positive impact Supporting the growth of our client partnerships Requirements 4+ years digital production experience in agencies Experience running digital and strategic projects Experience with budget management - managing, tracking, forecasting and reporting Experience with complex external stakeholder engagement Experience with human-centred design Experience with agile methods Exceptional communications skills You must be legally able to work in Australia, without limitations You should Have an ability to thrive in a collaborative, creative team environment Want to treat others with kindness, empathy and respect Be optimistic and bring humour, lightness and play into your work Approach every moment thinking 'how can I help?'
