About the role:

As the Senior Producer you play a key role in delivering booked interactive and dynamic digital Out-of-Home campaigns, working with Sales teams across both AU and NZ markets. Collaborating closely with all Creative & Digital Solutions team members you will be responsible for project and stakeholder management (internal and external) and technical troubleshooting.

A client-facing role you'll help to drive the group vision of exceptional end-to-end client experiences, with the ultimate goal of growing advertiser commitment.

A Day in the Life:

Whilst there's no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

Creative ideation and scoping

Collaborate with the team in the ideation phase, bringing technical know-how to brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas and executional solutions.

Lead the scoping phase alongside other team members, liaise with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Aid in writing up campaign ideas with executional detail, ensuring campaign costs and timelines are accurate.

Stay abreast of global and local Out-of-Home campaigns, identifying and researching creative trends and technical capabilities.

Educating the national Sales team on Innovate and Dynamic capabilities across all JCDecaux formats

Campaign execution

Manage the transition from creative strategy through to production, identifying key milestones and project deliverables.

Work alongside the sales team as the Creative Solutions client contact once a campaign is booked.

Manage the execution of booked campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, on brief and on budget – particularly with complex and high-value campaigns.

Attend key campaign installation as required

Lead comms with internal stakeholders and management of external suppliers to execute on booked campaigns.

Manages and tracks project budgets for booked campaigns.

About You:

You have demonstrated experience in delivering experiential or activation campaigns, ideally with skills in digital solutions also. You are creative, proactive and curious, while always ensuring excellent client outcomes. A strong team player who wants to contribute positively, has fun, and celebrates success, as well as:

4-6 years industry or relevant experience

Must have knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience with fast-paced environments and ability to work under pressure

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Experience managing timelines and budgets, solid financial acumen

Creative experience delivering innovative projects
