Welcome to the Procurement Program Team
We are an enterprise-wide, C-suite sponsored program team built to drive value and operational excellence throughout the Business Units through a consulting style service that leverages a strong program structure and provides both leading practice insights / thought leadership and delivery excellence to our business partners. 

Our mandate is to partner with each of our Business Units across the group portfolio to identify and develop high-quality optimisation programs, within the Goods & Services Not for Resale space. We collaborate with each Business Unit to target and prioritise the areas that represent a significant improvement in their cost of doing business and therefore directly contribute to the bottom line of the company.
About the opportunity 
We are looking for an experienced Director-level consultant / Executive-level Program Manager to lead a dynamic program team of experienced Transformation Consultants whose focus is to support the operational functions of the Woolworths Group Portfolio, to deliver the 2025 strategic objectives.

The individual will play a consultative / trusted advisor role to the Business Units and will support and empower them through their journey from identification to delivery of Group-wide transformation Programs. The role will also manage the Strategic Procurement QDC cycle and a PMO function to support project execution, OKR reporting and the development of strategic plans to drive the timely accomplishment of transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
This role will directly contribute to the success of some of the most visible C-suite sponsored strategic programs within Woolworths Group and will support the development of a high-performing internal Program Delivery Capability. You will:
Lead and manage a team of Consultants and Program Managers (+6) delivering a portfolio of Procurement transformation projects internally and across the Group.Build credibility and be a trusted advisor to the C-level, GMs and senior stakeholders across the Business Units to share and demonstrate the value they receive through Program deliveryBe a leader in agile, robust Program Management and a key member of the Group Program Management Tribe Be challenged in a key role where you will make a visible impact on the success of the Woolworths Group and manage C-Suite / senior stakeholder relationships. What you'll bring
We are looking for an individual with prior or current consulting experience with demonstrable leadership skills who can nurture and drive a high-performing team. You will bring:
 
Extensive experience with a Tier 1 or boutique consulting firm or internal strategy role.Strong demonstrable end to end Program management skills with complex program management of multiple workstreams (People, Process and Systems) across Physical and Digital transformation programs, utilising agile methodologies including multi-million dollar transformation programs Well-developed consulting and problem-solving toolkit including analytical and financial modelling skills with a creative mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity and the development of the storyboard to engage and bring stakeholders along the journey.Proven leadership and effective utilisation of a high-performing team and the commitment and structuring of their ongoing development.
