This involves developing business cases and procurement plans, tender documents and evaluation reports, and contract management plans, as well as negotiation and consultation with stakeholders.This role provides Category leadership for whole of government common use arrangements (CUAs) in the ICT Solutions CUA Category team. This involves managing and redeveloping complex ICT CUAs, providing professional procurement advice and team leadership to CUA Managers within the team.This position supports whole of government objectives, providing expert advice, stakeholder management and supporting Agencies to best leverage CUAs. The position will support the GovNext-ICT replacement project to implement new CUAs, Categories and Category leadership. This involves a strong understanding of ICT procurement, defining and facilitating better practices and working closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure compliance with the Department of Finance's standards, processes and procedures.About You:You will be an experienced procurement professional with a strong understanding of ICT procurement, especially whole of government CUAs and/or complex arrangements. You will have significant experience in development and/or management of ICT arrangements, advising and supporting Agencies to maximise benefits in procurement benefits. You will have knowledge of procuring for government and current ICT technology and trends covered by our suite of ICT CUAs.This position operates in the context of Leading Others .
