The Queensland Government Cyber Security Unit Procurement and Contracts team are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement specialist for an exciting opportunity to deliver operational, strategic, and whole of Government procurement initiatives.Reporting to the Manager Procurement within the Queensland Government Cyber Security Unit, you will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic and operational procurement functions for the end-to-end establishment and management of Whole of Government Cyber Standing Offer Arrangements and operational procurement for four business areas within the Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group.The Principal Procurement and Contracts Advisor will have demonstrated experience in Queensland Government procurement tendering, contracting (in particular QITC), practices, and a strong commitment to providing advice and guidance under the governing frameworks. Additionally, a good fit for this role will be someone who is a strong team player and possesses the maturity to work independently when required.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
