Senior Procurement and Contracts Business Partner Salary Range Band 8 $125,104 - $140,199 plus 11.5% super Permanent Full time opportunity Located at St Kilda Town Hall with flexible working arrangements possible About City of Port Phillip We are a vibrant and diverse inner-city council stretching 20kms from South to Port Melbourne along the stunning bay beaches down to Elwood and out to St Kilda East with around 1000 people who all work together to deliver more than 100 programs and services to our engaged community of residents, businesses and visitors.

What's the role all about In this pivotal role, you'll drive strategic goods and service procurement, fostering strong business partnerships across departments.
You'll be instrumental in elevating the organisation's procurement and contract management maturity, providing expert advice, documentation, training, and ongoing support to all stakeholders.
What you might do Build and maintain effective procurement business partnering relationship with key stakeholders.
Coordinate the provision of tender advice, documentation, training and support across the organisation.
Review tendering templates and policies to ensure best practice solutions.
Risk identification and mitigation advice.
Build uplift in organisational capability in probity, contract management and procurement.
Coordinate other procurement business partners to ensure consistent advice and processes.
