The Customer Service Operations team provides governance and oversight of all centrally delivered products and services in addition to managing the delivery of many of these services. We pride ourselves on applying best practice in transactional and back-office service delivery with a focus on exploring opportunities to streamline and digitise our service offering.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Providing or interpreting information for customers in a professional and supportive manner via a range of channels including but not limited to telephone, mail & electronic.
• Providing verbal and written advice to customers and stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Contributing positively to a supportive team-based work environment including adherence to shift times and key performance indicators.
• Ensuring security procedures and confidentiality are observed about information provided to customers whilst ensuring compliance with departmental policies, practices and procedures relating to human resources, finance and information technology.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements that may help streamline processing operations, including implementing more efficient processes or automation where applicable.
