What you'll deliver with us Reporting to the 'Senior Manager, Process Excellence COE, this role is part of the establishment of a Centre of Excellence, which will ensure consistent methodologies, tools, processes, and overall capabilities across the enterprise, governed centrally and implemented within each business area.
You will be accountable for evaluating, designing and overseeing the implementation of best practice processes, and end-to-end delivery of process improvement and transformation in partnership with business units and other stakeholders.
You'll also:
Perform diagnostic & assessment of current state business processes, workflows and operational systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives, including scoping, business case development, stakeholder management, process design/re-engineering, benefits management, process modelling according to enterprise standard, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. Maintain awareness of current and emerging methodologies and best practices, including automation technologies such as RPA, RDA, Conversational AI, Low Code/ No Code, Generative AI. About You Formal certification in Lean Black Belt. More than 5 years of experience implementing continuous improvement processes within a labour-intensive, industrialized workforce. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and analytical skills, including the application of DMAIC principles to improvement initiatives. Minimum of 3 years of process modelling experience using process modelling tools such as Signavio and BPMN 2.0 standard. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence and achieve buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
