Due to organic growth, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Process Engineer to join their Brisbane team.
Role Overview
Reporting to Principal Engineer, you will play a key role as a Senior Process Engineer, designing, analyzing, and optimising process systems for a diverse range of projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive process engineering services across the Concept Select, Define, FEED, and Detailed Design phases of projects. Conduct complex process engineering calculations, including steady-state and dynamic process simulation modeling. Prepare essential Process Engineering drawings, including P&IDs, PFDs, and heat/material balances. Lead a small team of process engineers to ensure high-quality work is delivered on schedule and within budget. About You: Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field Chartered Engineer or RPEQ certification required Proven experience leading process engineering teams on mid-scale greenfield and brownfield projects (including Concept Studies, FEED, and Detailed Design) Strong understanding of relevant theories, codes, and standards within the Process discipline Design engineering experience in the Hydrocarbon, Petrochemical, or Water industries Experienced in HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL studies as the focal Process Engineer Proficiency with industry-standard software, including HYSYS or Unisim
