You'll be collaborating with stakeholders of all levels to identify priorities, aid in troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall safety, cost and production outcomes.Control strategy design and integration of APC applications into new and/or existing control schemes.Support the maintenance of control system infrastructure.Assist in the training of operating personnel to ensure effective usage of the systems.Provide support for site and corporate technology projects with the design and implementation of new control system solutions as required, including Capital uplift and decarbonisation.Create and maintain process control-related procedures, SWIs, and standards.Work with consultants, suppliers, and vendors to plan technology updates and to ensure their services are provided in accordance to plans, standards, and specifications.What you'll need to be successful in this role:Must have experience in Advanced Process Control & control system strategy design (also known as Model Predictive Control or Multivariable Control)Honeywell DCS (Distributed Control Systems) experience or equivalent - Yokogawa, Delta V etc.Honeywell Profit Suite / Honeywell APC Forge software experience or similar - Aspen DMC / DMC3 etc.Schneider PLC experience – ProWORX 32, Unity Pro / EcoStruxure Control ExpertGood understanding of Instrumentation and Control communication networks and protocolsPrevious site experience would be highly beneficial, doesn't have to be specific to miningExcellent communication skills, written and verbalWant to hear more?Message ****** or call (08) 6146 4470!Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Process Control Engineer?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Do you have both DCS & PLC experience?What products have you worked with?What Advanced Process Control experience do you have?Are you committed to either relocating or doing DIDO to Bunbury area?
