Your New Role
A newly created role for a Senior Process Analyst to join AustralianSuper on a 12-month max-term contract . The initial focus of the role will be to:
Support the documentation of key business processes (using Nintex Process Manager), with an initial focus on meeting the requirements of the upcoming Prudential Standard CPS230 - Operational Risk Management.Collaborate with Business SMEs through process workshops and scoping activities to ensure process meets quality assurance standards, including the capture of risks, operating controls, service providers, systems, key data, tolerance levels etc.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
Lead and support the facilitation of process workshops, working collaboratively with business SMEs, project resources, technical specialists and where relevant external vendors, to ensure that key process information is captured.Support the documentation of key internal processes within Nintex Process Manager, ensuring that process governance standards are met.Provide reporting on targets, milestones and status for management.Support the identification, development, and capture of the risks and controls on processes and systems used to deliver critical operations.Support the integration and linking of information obtained within process workshops with existing risk management systems.Support BAU colleagues in the best practice use of Nintex Process Manager and the capture and change of business process within the tool.Bring inconsistencies, identified gaps and problems to the attention of management.Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the CPS230 Operational Risk Lead or other members of the CPS230 Leadership team. What You'll Need Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Eg. Senior Process Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Business Improvement Analyst).Proven experience in documenting business processes using Nintex Process Manager is highly desirable.Proven experience in the delivery of process design workshops.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which foster cooperation and teamwork in a close team environment.An ability to work autonomously and pro-actively without supervision and to set own work plan to meet deadlines.Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and an ability to link controls into process design.Proven facilitation skills and capability to manage group dynamics that lead to the negotiation of successful outcomes.
