As a Senior Principal within Infosys Consulting, you will pursue and grow deep client relationships, operating at the executive and senior management levels.

Context Banking and Financial Services is a key strategic vertical for Infosys Consulting.
This role is primarily focused on assisting major clients to deliver value to their customers within the context of their new operating model and transformation goals.
Role summary Lead complex engagements; collaborate with others to identify, sell and deliver consulting projects dealing with strategies and plans for strategic transformation. Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps, and business cases for large-scale transformations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts and forums, and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, mentoring training, and Intellectual Property generation (issuing POVs, Whitepapers, etc.
). Measures of success Lead consulting engagements; realizing benefits and meeting agreed time, budgetary, and quality measures. Deep Insurance industry experience and domain knowledge. Experience in delivering transformation across the Insurance value chain, e.g., distribution, underwriting, and claims management. Achievement of revenue contribution and utilization targets. Practice and capability development. Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders (i.e.
Director, GM) and be recognized as an Industry Thought Leader; ability to build trust to help customers determine and deliver against their strategic priorities. Requirements Capabilities aligned to our 'C-level Advisory' (Strategy and Operations). Business / IT advisory experience, e.g., developing Operational Strategy, Plans, and Frameworks to optimize assets to achieve business goals. Experience in the alignment of Business Architecture and Business visions. Business improvement capability: provide a holistic view across clients' business strategies, information requirements, processes, organization, and technology to help them create, validate and execute their business plans. Help clients embed innovation into their operating model by conceiving and delivering digital innovations. Delivery and (ideally) business development experience in business transformation. High energy, EQ, and outstanding communication skills; written, oral and aural. Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth. Creates and maintains a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within the engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business problems. Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Establishes, maintains, and develops strong relationships. Respect and successfully handle diverse cultures and views. #J-18808-Ljbffr
