Senior / Principal in Environmental Approvals
Join a consultancy excelling in handling EPBC Referrals for major Renewables projects.
Team Structure:
The growing team of 14 staff includes an Ops Manager and 4 Principals, with the rest of the team being quite junior.
This role involves mentoring juniors, delivering projects, and liaising with clients while also receiving high-level mentorship.
Projects:
Managing projects deemed 'too difficult' by other consultancies, with clients appreciating the approach and outcomes.
A pipeline of over 10 EPBC Referrals for Renewable Precincts, Mixed Use Development, and Solar Farms.
Providing Ecological, Strategic, and Environmental Planning/Approvals services.
Outlook:
This company is focused on growth, presenting opportunities for shares and ownership in the future.
They expect to double in size within the next 12-18 months due to current and forecasted projects.
Salary:
Circa $140,000 – $178,000 total package based on experience.
Office based in Fortitude Valley.
Experience Required:
8+ years of experience, primarily as a consultant.
Some Government experience is welcome, particularly in the assessment of EIS/EPBC projects.
