This is an opportunity to be part of accelerating the growth of our Government Technology Recruitment team in Queensland. You will be a skilled sales and recruitment professional that connects talent to the opportunities and needs of valued clients. Using diligent and frequent relationship building techniques, your ability to understand the needs and requirements of people will ensure you continuously grow and evolve your portfolio of clients and continuously achieve your revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and convert new client opportunities by anticipating, identifying and meeting complex needs of your allocated client portfolio across government in Queensland.Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio.Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards.Actively support the team in client and candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing market intelligence and advice.Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson.Develop, maintain and practice knowledge of the Davidson hiring methodology.Consistently meet set KPIs to drive your own business development activity as well as service and compliance standards.Identify and suggest innovative and cost-efficient candidate attraction and care opportunities.Act with integrity and with a genuine care for others. Is authentic and honest, with a willingness to express views with courage and compassion.
