AWS Enterprise Support provides our customers with one-on-one, fast-response support that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced technical support engineers. Enterprise Support provides a designated technical account manager and entitlements such as architecture review and operations support to design, build, and operate cloud environments leveraging AWS best practices.

As Premium Support BDM, you will: Support the Premium Support strategy and drive the go-to-market (GTM) efforts for Support.Engage customers to understand their needs for Enterprise Support and identify pain points in their current support offerings.Design and execute controlled experiments to drive commercial innovation.Quantify the impact of Support in driving AWS platform adoption and estimate the ROI.Enable the sales team to articulate the Support value proposition.Engage partners to develop and pilot new Support offerings. Key job responsibilities: Engage customers, partners, and field teams to understand customer value and pain points in adopting Enterprise Support Services.Analyze drivers of Enterprise Support Services adoption and identify areas for improvement.Review and analyze Enterprise Support Services pricing and costing.Develop and refine sales collateral and value proofs.Drive commercial innovation in Support.Create Support related training programs for the field team.Prepare and present business reviews to senior management.Drive Enterprise Support Services deals end to end with Sales. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.10+ years of professional or military experience.Bachelor's degree.Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions.Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements. IDE statement:
