Senior Premium and Credit Account ManagerWe are looking for a Senior Premium and Credit Account Manager to provide a professional and customer-focused premium and credit management service for all Workers Compensation clients.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include: Process renewals and annual adjustments to premiumIdentify and report risks which may adversely impact the businessUnderstand and comply with the policies and procedures around securing and handling company and client informationAchieve monthly productivity level as designated by managementAnalyse and forecast client premium projectionsAnswer premium related queries via telephone, written correspondence or client visitMaintain employer information and workplace detailsAccurate assessment/allocation of Workers Compensation Industry Classifications, Premium Calculations, Succession & GroupingResolve complaints in accordance with company guidelinesCreate arrangements of premium repayment in line with GBS and VWA guidelinesComply with the Accident Compensation Act 1985, Premiums Order and other relevant Legislative requirementsIdentify opportunities for process improvementPro-actively manage the debtor position ensuring that external business relationships are maintainedAttend internal and external training courses to update technical knowledge and personal developmentControl the value, number, age and proportion of outstanding premium whilst maintaining scheme benchmarksInvestigate legal recovery action as requiredAccept and complete other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Team Manager and Operations Manager.
