Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Premium and Credit Account Manager to provide, professional and customer focused premium and credit management service for all Workers Compensation clients.
How you'll make an impact Your responsibilities will include: Process renewals and annual adjustments to premium Identify and report risks which may adversely impact on the business Understand and comply with the policies and procedures around securing and handling company and client information Achieve monthly productivity level as designated by management Analyse and forecast client premium projections Answer premium related queries via telephone, written correspondence or client visit Maintain employer information and workplace details Accurate assessment/allocation of Workers Compensation Industry Classifications, Premium Calculations, Succession & Grouping Resolve complaints in accordance with company guidelines Create arrangements of premium repayment in line with GBS and VWA guidelines Comply with the Accident Compensation Act 1985, Premiums Order and other relevant Legislative requirements Identify opportunities for process improvement Pro-actively manage the debtor position ensuring that external business relationships are maintained Attend internal and external training courses to update technical knowledge and personal development Control the value, number, age and proportion of outstanding premium whilst maintaining scheme benchmarks Investigate legal recovery action as required Accept and complete other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Team Manager and Operations Manager.
