You are encouraged to discuss your needs during the application process. Who are we looking for?We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner to lead case work and deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed interventions within a dynamic team of family practitioners.
This role is based within AnglicareSA's Stronger Together program, an intensive in-home support service aimed at families at risk of having their children placed in out-of-home care.
The program is designed to strengthen families and ensure children remain safely at home.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide expert support to families facing complex needs, guiding them through tailored interventions to help them overcome challenges and stay together.
What can you expect to be doing?Implement a strengths-based child-centric approach to practice across family services in working with children, young people, and families.Participate in program planning, continuous improvement, and evaluation processes.Mentor, guide and share knowledge with staff to achieve team goals and consistent service delivery.Lead by example by ensuring a culture of openness, feedback, and productivity.What do you need to bring?Qualifications / Special Conditions A relevant tertiary degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Early
