THE ROLE We seek an experienced Senior Post Producer to lead some of our most high-profile productions.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in both design and animation studio workflows, as well as the technical post-production of complex live-action shoots.
You will lead individual projects and oversee our extensive studio and post-production team of editors, designers, motion graphics and 3D artists, composers and colourists, so knowledge and interest in these areas and management experience are essential to the role.
We are looking for someone who can lead, grow and streamline the post-production team and our systems, and help take Entropico to the next level.
The role is based in our Alexandria HQ but works closely with our LA and NYC teams, too. This is an opportunity to grow this position into a Head of Post Production role at Entropico, so we are looking for an ambitious individual with a vision for the future. What You'll Do: Lead the Post-Production Team : You will oversee and optimise Entropico's post-production process, including project workflows, resources, and external relationships.
Additionally, you will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability while maintaining high-quality output.
Scheduling & Budgeting : This leadership role spearheads the entire post-production process, taking charge of scheduling, budget management, and team coordination to guarantee projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This involves strategically managing resources, proactively tracking progress, and adeptly navigating changes.
On-Project Post-Production : In this role you will lead some of our most high-profile productions.
This includes leading projects from Post-Production to Delivery, whilst expertly managing budgets, schedules & personnel.
You will facilitate clear communication & collaboration between internal teams, external partners and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Represent Entropico's Post Team Internally & Externally : You will represent Entropico and our Post-Production team internally to Executives, EPs, Producers, and the wider team, advocating for the needs and requirements of the Post Team.
Externally, you will represent Entropico to contractors, agencies, and clients, maintaining Entropico's communication standards and ensuring clarity of work and intention. A full job description will be sent to all applicants with the full list of responsibilties.
About You: Minimum 8 years experience Post-Producing.
Creative Studio, Agency or Post-Production House experience.
Experience supervising or managing Post-Production on commercials, episodic formats or features Versatile experience working on briefs for varying industries and formats Detailed knowledge of Post-Production processes, including offline editing & online colour grading, visual effects, graphics, titling, captioning, mixing and mastering.
Experience in the production of design assets and various forms of animation, including motion graphics and 3D Rudimentary ability to open and work within industry standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Must be detailed-oriented & highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously Has a strong sense of client services Has a Problem-solving mentality; a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving Collaborative; thrive off rallying a team to achieve great success Exceptional communication skills Entropico is intentional about hiring talent from all backgrounds.
