DescriptionWe are looking for an authentic and ambitious Portfolio Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager with a passion for customer excellence. You will manage portfolios with a professional and customer-centric approach, build strong relationships, and provide exceptional service. Key responsibilities include overseeing portfolio operations, developing relationships, providing advice, and resolving issues. You will also need to prepare submissions and provide insights into rental market trends.What we look for: High-level written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
